Capital Markets Global Services maintains the discretion and confidentiality of both the candidate and the client. Personal details are not supplied until specific consent is obtained from the candidate and that there will be a clear and keen interest in the candidate.

We recognize that at this level, discretion and confidentiality are essential for both candidates and clients.

As a firm, Capital Markets Global Services will not undertake a commitment to an assignment unless we are confident we can deliver. This is the basis of our value proposition and a key component in developing long-term relationships with our clients and candidates.

We position and present candidates to clients only when they have been evaluated and assessed by at least one of our consultants.
